Computer, scan & print service 

A computer is available at the reception desk. This computer is connected to a printer and can be used for scanning and copying as well.


Luggage Room and Cloakroom

In front of the reception desk you will find the luggage room and cloakroom. We can also offer you a luggage trolley for moving your luggage. Please contact reception and we will be happy to bring a trolley to your room.

DINING & DRINKING

Breakfast

Breakfast is served at the sixth floor and consists of following buffet selection:

  • Cold Buffet: Cold cuts (salami, ham, salmon), cheeses, yoghurt, cereals, fresh fruit
  • Warm Buffet: Scrambled eggs, bacon, beans, and pancakes
  • Assortment of breads, croissants, and pastries
  • Beverages: Fresh orange juice, apple juice, water, tea, and coffee
  • Dietary options: Gluten-free bread and cornflakes, plant-based milk alternatives

On weekdays from 6 AM until 10 AM and from 7 AM until 11 AM in weekends.
A special diet is available on request. Please contact the reception. 


Bar

The bar of Tower Hotel Aalst is open 24/7, offering a relaxed atmosphere for guests to enjoy a variety of beverages, including local craft beers, wines, spirits, and soft drinks.

  • Drinks can be paid immediately or be charged to the room.
  • Table and counter service available.


Minibar

Our rooms are equipped with an empty minibar, which you can stock yourself with drinks available at the reception. Please let us know at reception if you have any questions about the minibar.

Forgot something?

Oops, did you forget something? No problem! We sell all sorts of care products at reception, including sewing kits, shoe polish, shower caps, nail files, shaving kits, toothbrushes, and comfy slippers.


Telephone

Inter room calls are possible. For a room in the annex building the number starts with a 7 (e.g: 701).
The apartments are not equipped with a phone.
The hotel phones cannot be used to call external lines.


Wake Up Service

Don't worry about hitting the snooze button! We provide a complimentary wake-up call service. Contact the reception, and we'll make sure you're up and ready to go.
This service is free!


Airconditioning

Want to change the temperature in your room? It's easy! Just use the thermostat. If it's cold outside, choose 'heating' to warm up. If it's hot outside, choose 'cooling' to cool down. When it's not too hot or too cold, you can choose either one!


Wifi

Stay connected during your stay! You can use our unlimited internet service. For an even faster connection, a cable is also available in your room.


Voltage

To use your devices, you might need an adapter. Belgium uses 220-volt power. There's one by the desk, and you can get another at reception if you need it.


Safe

You'll find a safe in your closet. It's a good place to keep your important things. Just so you know, the hotel can't be responsible for anything valuable left out in the room.


Fire Instructions

Your room has signs by the door that tell you what to do in case of a fire. Please read them!
And just a friendly reminder: we don't allow smoking here. Smoking in the room will result in a fee of €250 + the charge for any extra cleaning that's required.
